Key Performance Indicators are quantifiable measurements that show how effectively your organization is achieving key business objectives. They are commonly used to evaluate the level of success of a particular activity or progress toward a desirable goal. These KPIs report on volume of work, efficiency, and data quality.
This data is updated every month and includes a rolling 12 months worth of data. For example, if you are viewing your KPIs in March 2017, then you will see data from the first of March 2016 through the end of February 2017.

Volume KPIs
Volume KPIs show inventory transaction and supplier counts according to different metrics.
# of Issues
Displays the total number of Inventory Issue Transactions in the last 12 months.
Issued Transactions Per SQFT
This measurement shows the total number of Inventory Issue Transactions divided by the total square footage of your Locations.
Issued Transactions Per Enrollment
This measurement shows the total number of Inventory Issue Transactions divided by your student enrollment from the NCES.org database.
# of Suppliers used in Last Year
Displays the total number of Inventory Suppliers used for Inventory purchases in the past 12 months.
# of Issue Requests
Displays the total number of Inventory Request Transactions submitted in the past 12 months.
Cost KPIs
Cost KPIs show costs related to your inventory and inventory transactions.
Amount in Stock
Displays the total cost of all Inventory items you have kept in stock during the past 12 months.
Amount Used
Displays the total cost of all Inventory Issue Transactions for the past 12 months.
In Stock Amount Per SQFT
Displays the total cost of all Inventory items you have kept in stock during the past 12 months divided by the total square footage of your Locations.
In Stock Amount Per Enrollment
Displays the total cost of all Inventory items you have kept in stock during the past 12 months divided by your student enrollment from the NCES.org database.
Issued Amount Per SQFT
Displays the total cost of all Inventory Issue Transactions for the past 12 months divided by the total square footage of your Locations.
Issued Amount Per Enrollment
Displays the total cost of all Inventory Issue Transactions for the past 12 months divided by your student enrollment from the NCES.org database.
Amount Received
Displays the total cost of all Inventory Receiving Transactions for the past 12 months. The second number displays the total number of Receiving Transactions entered in the past 12 months.
Amount Adjusted
Displays the total cost of all Inventory Adjustment Transactions for the past 12 months. The second number displays the total number of Adjustment Transactions entered in the past 12 months.
